Copyright/Image Use:
Abode Photo Co. (Emily Green) retains the copyright to all images. Your purchase is for a license to use the images. Standard limited usage license includes online promotional use (web and social media) and print collateral. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Any rights granted are always non-exclusive and nontransferable. Sharing or selling images to a third party for use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated. Any use by a third party including, but not limited to, builders, architects, stagers, interior designers, new property managers, and new listing agents, is prohibited. If a third party wishes to use the images, a separate license, print release, or express written permission is required.
Copyright metadata contained within any digital file may not be altered or removed, without the express consent of Abode Photo Co. (Emily Green). Altering images, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, or subtractions, is not permitted.
Printed Publications:
Images published in magazines, books, or any other printed publication must receive permission from Abode Photo Co. (Emily Green) and must include photo credit to "Emily Green, Abode Photo Co."
Payment:
Payment is due within 1 day after invoice is received. If the invoice is not paid within the 14 day grace period, a new invoice will be issued with an additional $25 late fee due immediately. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation and may result in legal action.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Any cancellation or rescheduling within 3 hours of the photoshoot time or once the photographer has arrived will be subject to a $75 service/trip fee.
Property Condition and Photo Readiness:
By scheduling the photoshoot, you affirm that the property will be ready at the time of the photoshoot. You also understand that there will be a $75 service/trip fee charged when we must return to a property in which it is not our fault. This includes, but is not limited to: the property not being ready, staging incomplete, construction, no key in lockbox, etc. If a partial shoot is requested due to select spaces being incomplete, the photoshoot fee may remain the same and an additional fee will be charged when the photographer is required to return. Fees will vary based on the square footage of the property.

Weather Policy:
There will not be a fee to reschedule the photoshoot due to weather within 3 hours of the photoshoot time. Exterior photos cannot be guaranteed if rain is present. There may be an exterior shoot fee if the photographer is required to return to photograph exteriors at a later time or date due to rain. In the event of severe weather conditions, Abode Photo Co. retains the right to reschedule the photoshoot for the next available appointment time.
Parking/Mileage:
Properties located more than 25 miles outside of Nashville, TN or White House, TN will be subject to a mileage fee. Mileage fees vary based on exact mileage. Properties that require paid parking will be subject to a parking fee. Parking fees vary.
Archiving:
While Abode Photo Co. may choose to archive the images, it is the client’s responsibility to properly store and archive any images. Abode Photo Co. cannot guarantee the availability of any images beyond the date of first delivery.
